On the top right you will find a question mark icon which opens the following options:

If you would like to ask a question or discuss a use case, please do so in the forumReport Issue
If you find a software bug please file a complete bug report here.
The wiki is in most cases the first resource to consult, to see if existing guides and documentation can help you solving your problems.
For general support requests, users should contact their organisation specific contact. The contact email is indicated in
Account menu > [contact email] (link)on the top-right corner of the web-page.

ΒΆ Submitting a bug report
To report a bug, use the button at the top on the right-hand side; Help > Report issue.
Information to include in the bug report from:
- Clearly designate the view, e.g.
Resources > Timeline > [resource] - List all the steps to reproduce the problem
- Add screenshots of the full browser window (user interface, error messages, etc.)
- list your OS version
