Add-ons of a resource designate additional pieces of equipment that can be booked (optionally) in addition to the main instrument.

ΒΆ Booking resources with add-ons
A resource with add-ons can be booked like any other resource. The tab Add-on appears if there are add-ons available for a given resource. Here all needed add-ons can be added to a booking by clicking on their Book buttons.

Booking of at least one add-on can be enfored in the Add-on tab of the resource settings by checking the selecting at least one add-on is required checkbox.

The button Add-ons in the timeline of a resource shows the booking timeline for the resource and all its add-ons.
